Electrical Systems\Power Engineer

Assists development and documentation of electronic and electrical power system requirements. Develops or modifies hardware designs and interfaces based on defined requirements. Performs system tests to verify system designs meet operational and functional requirements. Assists in monitoring supplier performance to ensure system integration and compliance with requirements. Supports resolution of technical issues associated with subsystem integration, manufacturing, fielded hardware, and product lifecycle issues. Researches current and emerging technologies for potential application to company business needs.

Basic Qualifications For Consideration

Do you have experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and/or Outlook?

Typical Education/Experience
Level 1 - Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry. ABET is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard. Level 2 - Degree and typical experience in engineering classification: Bachelor's and 2 or more years' experience or a Master's degree with experience. Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry. ABET is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Other Job related information
Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Physics is preferred; Requires the ability to obtain a Security Clearance, which requires US Citizenship.
