ELECTRONICS TECHNICIAN - FIELD RETURNS Responsibilities Analyze field returns to identify root cause and corrective actions. Perform quality testing on customer supplied units. Complete documentation including troubleshooting reports and failure analysis reports. Provide technical support for containment and resolution of product issues in the field. Experience: 2-5 years direct exposure in related fields of analog, power and digital circuit design. Systems level experience with battery and power management preferred. Experience using embedded systems tools required.
