Electronics Technician
Title: Electronics Technician Location: Iowa-Cedar Rapids, IA This position will be supporting the Government Systems JTRS/ARC-210 Labs. Working on the ARC-210 product.
The candidate must be able to operate electronic test equipment and utilize computer software tools to implement engineering design. The candidate will apply electronic and mechanical theory to configure, model, test, troubleshoot, determine solutions and modify engineering prototypes and/or first article electronic equipment. The candidate will perform independently on routine engineering technician assignments. The candidate must be able to follow specific instruction to perform technical tasks.
Experience with Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers, Bit Error Rate analyzers, and Digital Signal analyzers is required.
Applicant must be capable of obtaining a US Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Security Clearance. US Citizenship is ociate's degree in appropriate discipline, or in the absence of an associate's degree, three years of related experience. Associate's degree in appropriate discipline, and two years of related experience, or, in the absence of an associate's degree, five years of related experience.
