Specific Job Description Lockheed Martin Global Training and Logistics is looking for an ET-I, Client Support Administrator (CSA), at Thumrait, Oman, to support users in regards to computers, phones, and software applications. Support problem resolution, call ownership, issue resolution in a timely fashion, and perform on site resolution when necessary in a multi-platform environment. Respond to and diagnose workstation problems and network connectivity issues for both LAN and wire activities. Utilize one-on-one consultancy when working with end users to obtain problem recognition, research potential cause(s), isolate, and implement appropriate steps to resolve user error conditions/issues. Resolve end user problems within sphere of capability and escalate more severe connectivity or PC-related problems to subject matter experts. Participate in in-depth investigative efforts into more complex problem types to further assist or resolve problems.
