Northrop Grumman Technical Services is seeking a skilled CMMI Lead to join our team of qualified and diverse individuals. This individual will be responsible for gathering information concerning the capabilities of company products and will investigate the technical capabilities of company products and competing equipment. The candidate will have an ongoing awareness of industry hardware and software developments. Other duties will include: analyzing customer problems and assisting in designing systems to satisfy customer needs.
Basic Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in a related field along with at least 9 years experience in a related discipline. The qualified candidate must have a working knowledge of Capability Maturity Model Integration, the MS Office Suite, and possess excellent communication skills. The applicant must be a U.S. citizen and be eligible for security clearance (Secret or higher preferred). Current DHS Clearance required.
