Engr Technical Specialist 3
This position is for the B-1 Production Operations team in Oklahoma City, working as a liaison between Operations and the USAF customer.
The position develops, documents, implements, provides consultation on the application of, and ensures compliance with, requirements for use of engineering tools, processes and standards. Provides training and assistance in the utilization of processes and tools and supports the integration of engineering designers. Ensures regulatory requirements are met. Identifies and validates user access roles, produces tip sheets and understands system interoperability. Provides configuration management, coordinates changes, performs assessments of compliance and manages the implementation of product standards across company business units and programs. Represents company interests on external standards committees and develops, adapts and/or adopts external standards for internal use. Develops, maintains and distributes engineering documents, reports and correspondence to enable business activity. Collects, analyzes and validates engineering performance metrics and coordinates organizational requirements to support business needs. Works under general direction.

• Information Technology Fluency
Complete ability in the use of personal computing hardware and software to enter project information, such as, statements of work, resource identification and usage, task status, cost estimating and tracking, etc. Complete knowledge of processes and tools to maintain, archive, and retrieve digital files. Complete ability in constructing/building and providing reports and presentation material as needed for assigned projects. Complete knowledge of identifying and gaining approval of testing of established applications to meet project requirements.

Complete ability to determine the process to be used to accomplish goals, properly document processes, know how to organize people and activities, understand how to separate and combine tasks into efficient workflow, identify opportunities for synergy and integration, and simplify complex processes.

Typical Education/Experience
Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Other Job related information
Successful candidate will have project management experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills is required. Working level of MS Office (Excel and Power Point) is preferred. Successful candidate prefers working in a team environment.
