Enterprise Analyst - EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING: Bachelor's Degree in IT, Engineering, Science related field or 5+ yearsof equivalent experience including 3+ years of industry wledge of analysis and trouble-shooting techniques. ITIL certification preferred. SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE: Intermediate computer and networking skills. Familiar with remotecontrol applications. Exposure to field operations. Trouble-shooting and problem solving skills. Strong attention to detail. Excellent verbaland written communication skills. Excellent organization and planningskills. Ability to handle multiple activities successfully. Good teamplayer. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Under close supervision, provide internal and external customer supportfor real-time data services in compliance with Service Level figure and maintain real-time data feeds. Monitor and ensure qualityof real-time data. Diagnose moderately complex hardware, software, and network problems. Maintains and updates daily reports. Ensure email and telephone requests are recorded using the standard incident trackingsystem. Ensure customer data confidentiality and validate entitlements. Recommend system modifications to reduce user problems. Handles special projects as assigned.
