Enterprise IT Process Specialist
The Enterprise IT Process Specialist is responsible for actingas an internal process consultant on information technology processes across Chrysler ITM. This includes advising on tool implementations to support process, refining processes to support the software development life cycle of Chrysler ITM in a sourced delivery model, working to improve IT processes to ensure alignment between the business strategies and application technology roadmap, facilitating workshop sessions across Chrysler IT to identify and document as-is processes, reviewing as-is process and making recommendations to remove process gaps, inefficiencies, and duplication of steps and data and driving process alignment between various groups, developing new processes to solve a business problem within Chrysler ITM and providing recommendations, presentations, and training to small groups.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree • Minimum 5 years' IT experience with at least 2 years process engineering experience • High proficiency with Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering, Information Systems, Business Process Management or other related IT or process engineering field • Proven track record in large-scale process definition/refinement in information technology • Experience implementing software development lifecycle methodologies • Experience defining and implementing processes across a multi-technology landscape (Mainframe, Distributed/Java, SAP, etc.) • Demonstrated knowledge service delivery models, ITIL, IT industry process standards, and process best practices • Excellent problem solving, program management and organization skills • Be a self-starter with the ability to quickly learn complex business processes • Excellent with communication, presentation, influencing, and reasoning skills to earn support of business leaders, technology leaders, colleagues and vendor representatives
