Enterprise Process Analyst
The Enterprise Process Analyst is responsible for supporting the Chrysler incident, problem and change management processes across Chrysler Information Communications Technology (ICT). This includes following up on customer satisfaction responses, ensuring root cause analysis is performed according to guidelines and assisting with tracking adherence to change management policies. This position is also responsible for working with a service provider to maintain service management scripts, updating the incident/service request data within the ICT incident management tool, assisting with training small groups, developing ICT communication articles and training material, and creating process flow documentation for tool functionality and related problem and change management processes.
Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 2 years of IT experience
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or General Business
• Process oriented, ability to multi-task
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively
• ITIL coursework or experience desirable
• Ability to handle multiple assignments and tasks with minimal direction
• Experience in development of presentations and training material
• Ability to communicate process and policy and effectively manage conflict
