Avaya Government Solutions
has an opening for a Environmental Subject Matter Expert I located in
San Antonio, Texas.
* This position supports of a
physical science environment in one of the following disciplines
that will be determined at Task Order level: Chemistry, Geology,
Engineering, Hydro geology, Environmental Science, Physics,
Toxicology, or Biology.
* Working with the ERPIMS
Customer Support Center, answering questions from the Installation
Restoration Program (lRP) contractors and Government personnel
pertaining to instruction on data preparation including valid
values, analytical methods and codes and technical assistance with
the ERPTools/X and/or other ERPIMS products.
* Prepare and provide responses to
Government Agencies, IRP contractors or other agencies on behalf of
the Government. Track and report data captured on data export
and information requests received by the Customer Support Center
using the ERPIMS tool suite.
Support initial entry of ERPIMS
submissions received in pre-ERPTools/X versions of the ERPTools
software and shall support other ERPIMS activities, such as Data
Calls, Technical Assistance and Quality Assurance/Quality Control
(QA/QC) efforts.
* Be familiar with ERPTools/X
platform.
* Track, review, prepare, process
and validate data and insert into government database.
* Develop processing schedules and
review operational status of schedules and ensure timely delivery of
such.
* Design and perform detailed data
query, data retrieval and data interpretation functions relative to
data residing in government ERPIMS system.
* Familiar with QA/QC programs and
provide QA/QC plans to client for approval and distribution.
* Produce and distribute monthly
status reports to client.


Requirements
Education:Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
Experience:0-5 yrs

Minimum
Education/Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience
in a scientific environment with database experience.
Qualifications:
* Experience working with
appropriate programming languages, operating systems, hardware and
software.

Must have the ability to
perform tasks using ERPIMS products.
*
Must have the capability to
conceptualize and define requirements for information technology
programs and databases.

obtain secret Clearance
