EOC Operator - Experienced Incident Manager.
Required Skills Expereinced with Troubleshooting and driving incident to appropriated technical teams Technically savvy Operations knowledge relating to O and M in a data center environment Ability to facilitate incidents on bridge line to drive solution Familiar with incident reporting software, Remedy is a plus! Knowledge of 'mid-range' environment and open systems, server environments Familiar with new technical knowlege / language with regard to virtual servers and virtualization Working knowledge of 'as a Service' Disciplined Performs consistantly in a multiple customer environment.
