They have a full time opening for a JD Edwards Specialist/Business Analyst. Responsibilities / Responsabilités This position has the following responsibilities:
systems coordination including: * Working with the business, IT, and external stakeholders in gathering and documenting requirements * Assisting with new systems and processes * Testing including developing test plans, executing tests and documenting tests * Documenting processes and preparing training materials * Coordinating the activities and responsibilities of the JDE Superusers

You will then: * Provide support for users in performing processes in the software * Identify and document issues. Then work to resolve the issues both individually and in conjunction with and external resources * Identify areas for improvements including training, documentation and process change
