Job Description:
As a Engineering Program Coordinator you will support new product Beta test programs with our top world-wide customers. You will apply developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines. Work on problem/projects of diverse complexity and scope.
· Manage Beta programs from cradle to grave. · Manage legal clearance for potential beta customers. Follow up with customers to insure the documentation is completed properly. · Track all customer and program information in the ESSN Beta database. · Work directly with HP R&D engineering coordinators to insure that beta hardware is received by the beta team and inventoried in the beta lab tracking system. · Ship and track ESS beta equipment to beta customers. Job Requirements: * Use specific related knowledge to identify and resolve problems. * Ensures the deadlines are achieved and day-to-day functions of the program and related projects take place as required. * Works with internal engineering, marketing and manufacturing procurement in the development of single or multiple products. * Coordinates the work of internal organizations in the completion of related projects and programs. * Identifies and improves overall efficiency of the program on an ongoing basis.
Necessary Skills: * Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet Explorer and Outlook * Demonstrated ability to multi-task, tracking numerous actions at a time. * Excellent organizational skills. * Associates or Bachelor's (undergraduate) degree in engineering discipline or business or substantial work experience (4-6 years) in a product development environment. * Proven problem solving skills and techniques * Effectively manages multiple tasks simultaneously across programs * Generates new and innovative solutions to complex problems * Exchanges and clarifies complex, sensitive and technical information * Ability to work independently, and on a program team * Fluency in English
