F-16 Junior Configuration Management Analyst Job # 13450BR City Dayton State/Province Ohio FT/PT Full Time Qty 1 Job Description ARINC, Dayton, OH, is looking for a Junior Configuration Management Analyst to join our team at Wright Patterson Air Force Base to support the F-16 program office. The role will include the following:
. creates and maintains the official files of Advance Charge Study Notice (ACSN), Engineering Change Proposal (ECP), Contract Change Proposal (CCP), request for Proposal (REP), and Variances and Change Request (CR) documentation.
. plans, schedules and participates in Materiel Improvement Project Review Board (MIPRB), Joint Multinational Configuration Control Team (JMCCT/B) and technical Interchange Meetings (TIM) and telephone conferences and other key project activities.
. attends programmatic meetings to ensure configuration management is considered and implemented appropriately.
prepares, reviews, and distributes minutes for TIMS, JMCCT/B, MIPRB, Item Unique Identification (IUID) meetings as well as other meeting as required.
. provides support in the planning, formulation, editing, development and publication of F-16 SPO directives, logs, reports, briefings, financial planning events, and other presentations using both electronic and traditional media forms of graphical art, insuring that the official files are accurately maintained.
. supports configuration audits by coordinating with weapons system contractors on proposed agendas and schedules for Functional Configuration Audit/physical Configuration Audit (FCAs/PCAs).
. provides Data Management (DM) duties include Contract Data Requirements List (DCRL) creation, generation and revising CDRL packages; processing and distributing data approval/notification/proposal activity via the Enterprise Data Collaborative System (EDCS) notification system, and ASSIST. Qualifications REQUIREMENTS: Two or more years of relevant experience supporting a department of defense customer.
