P&W is seeking an ALGS Operations Center Representative to serve as a member of our F135 Field Team supporting Action Request/Deficiency Report activities for F-35 Production Operational locations. Selected individual will assist with the following: Ensure that all AR/DR items issued to P&W are received, processed and closed out in a timely manner; create Merlin messages to formally communicate AR issues to the P&W CSE group; maintain daily status documents; advise and assist customer in performance of F135 propulsion system maintenance, ensuring maintenance is performed IAW technical data and meets the standard for safe engine operation; work closely with P&W Customer Support Engineering to resolve technical and logistical problems involving F135 engine operation and maintenance; use initiative and judgment to identify problems, conduct investigations to determine root causes, and implement corrective actions; actively support ACE initiatives and ensure employee safety by complying with and supporting EH&S activities.
Occasional overtime and flexible work schedule is required to meet program objectives. Occasional travel required supporting meetings and reviews with customer and air vehicle contractors. The ability to obtain a Secret Clearance is required.

Experience in F-35/F135 Production or Flight Test Environment is a plus. Knowledge of the ALIS CRM tool is a plus and the ability to manage ARs in coordination with P&W, LM and JPO is required. Good Interpersonal, teaming, and prioritization skills are required. Strong familiarity with ACE tools and processes is preferred.
