Title: Field Engineer 2B Location: USA-North Carolina-Fayetteville Other Locations: Job Description: Operation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of the complete spectrum of avionics systems and proprietary communication systems on single and multi-engine prop aircraft. Work environment is in a fast paced, time sensitive area, and requires travel to numerous locations around the globe for extended periods of time.

Required Skills (specialized experience/knowledge/skills for this job): Thorough knowledge and understanding of operational procedures, inspection requirements, troubleshooting, and maintenance techniques on aircraft communications/navigation and ancillary electronics systems. Must have current security clearance. Position will require travel. Desired Skills (other skills/abilities which will be helpful): Knowledge and experience with glass cockpit technology. FCC License. CASA 235 experience a plus. Ability to work with a wide range of technical reference material from commercial/OEM manuals to blueprints/engineering drawings. Physical requirements of the job: Position will include lifting, bending, and climbing. Must pass FAA Class III medical exam. Flight status is a requirement.
