Requisition Number 29183BR Position Title Field Lead Engineers Location of Position India-Delhi Business Group Control Products and Solutions Relocation Eligible Not Applicable Position Type Full Time Position Summary POSITION SUMMARY: The Engineer Field Support is responsible for assisting our customers in the resolution of problems they may encounter during the application or integration or maintenance through the life cycle of the equipment. This assistance may be to identify and correct hardware failures, software discrepancies, programming problems, instruction on proper use, application, operation and maintenance, and the isolation and identification of failures with associated equipment not supplied by Allen-Bradley. May have added responsibilities of delegating administrative, supervisory and project PE OF POSITION: Participates in a business unit where the Engineer Senior, Field Support generates revenues to at least support costs plus growth providing technical applications engineering assistance, training assistance and other functions of Technical Support. Minimum Qualifications EDUCATION REQUIRED: Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering discipline EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Minimum 4-5 years experience in multiple major A-B product lines having Industrial Automation Control Applications Engineering experience with programmable controls, numeric controls, AC and DC Drives and other forms of motor controls; posses a sound knowledge of industrial codes and standards; have had extensive technical training experience; and have had extensive field applications and customer exposure experiences.
