This position encompasses many different aspects, so someone willing to do a variety of tasks is needed; performing general administrative duties for a business manager in support of a sales department. Compose and/or prepare correspondence, letters, memos, presentation materials, reports, etc., from general direction. As well this person will be working as part of a virtual team helping sales reps with sales tasks such as expediting, order entry, and data entry into our CRM system, good teaming is important. Answer and direct telephone calls as a back up. Schedule appointments, make travel and lodging arrangements. Willingness for continuous learning on products and multi cross functional tasks. This position can be located in Edmonton or Calgary Minimum Qualifications Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience. Extensive experience in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Demonstrates customer focus skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks. EDUCATION REQUIRED: High school diploma and 3 years working experience. A college diploma in a Business related discipline is an asset. DESIRED EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Experience with computer programs including SAP, Cognos, AS400, Clarify, and Lotus Notes would be an asset. A background in Customer Service would be an asset. Willingness to learn and take courses to further advance position and career path.
