Our Engineering department is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to lead a team in our Corporate Quality Assurance group. The person we are looking for will be able to help lead the development and implementation of new strategies to broaden and improve the value and functionality of the team into a full service quality function for Dart. The team is currently responsible for the design, implementation, testing and maintenance of quality assurance processes across the company for our formed products line. This includes responsibility for internal audits of domestic and international locations. Additional responsibilities include supporting the growth of statistical problem solving techniques in our quality engineering function across all product lines. Your vision, direction and technical experience are vitally needed to achieve our quality initiatives.

Requirements:
Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Math, Statistics, Quality or a relevant science discipline
5 years of supervisory experience, 8 years preferred
5 years of experience as a technical resource for a manufacturing/production process, 8 years preferred
5 years of experience overseeing development and implementation of quality standards, practices and procedures, 8 years preferred
5 years of experience using statistical tools to improve control and reduce variation in production processes. Methodologies to include but not limited to DOE, SPC and DMAIC tools
5 years of experience using MS Office
Ability to travel up to 40 percent of the time domestically or internationally
Valid drivers license and favorable motor vehicle record check
