Job Description Field Service Engineer - Generators
Candidate must have experience working with and around high voltage electrical equipment. Must be familiar with the construction and assembly of Generator Stator and Rotor winding and accompanying support mechanisms.
Experience:
-Excitation and voltage control systems.
-Familiar with basic electrical theory, and generator stators and rotors
-Customer Service, specifically in dealing with customers onsite required.
-Report Writing
-General testing-training can be provided if required.
-Generator test procedures - training can be provided if required
-Site project management
-Generator mechanical maintenance knowledge and experience considered a plus.
-Basic electrical wiring and installation, as some of the duites of the position will include installation of instrumentation at customer sites
