Field Services Specialist III
The selected candidate will perform a wide variety of activities associated with installing, maintaining, and providing logistical and technical support services at USMC customer sites across the United States for INFOSEC equipment products. Includes installing/coordinating the installation of upgrades to cryptographic systems. Performs testing, troubleshooting and data analysis as well as configuration management support and equipment inventory management with Supply and with Total Force Structure Management System (TFSMS) and reconciles TFSMS/Marine Corps Equipment Readiness Information System (MERIT) for Alpha TAM end items that carry CCI items as SL3/ancillary items. Identifies CCI materials that are/are not included in a Program of Record. Coordinates COMSEC actions with MFR ISMO and MARCORSYSCOM and performs technical advice and training on fielded COMSEC and cryptographic equipments. The selected applicant will provide onsite support at MARFORRES HQ in New Orleans.
This position is located in New Orleans, LA. There is no relocation assistance available for this position. Applicants must be currently residing in or state willingness to relocate self to New Orleans or surrounding areas.
