GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: Seeking a Certified NEC Field technician specializing in applications and networking, to install new systems and support existing clients in the Pompano Beach/SFL area.
EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Education: High School Education and NEC product certifications required. Experience/Specialized Training/Skills: 2 years experience installing and maintaining NEC PBX & Key Systems in networked (IP/CCIS) environments and extensive experience with CCWorx, Active Voice/NEC Voice Mail, T1/PRI/MPLS installation, etc. required. Must have excellent communication and problem- solving skills, and must function well in a team environment. Must have the capability to work directly with end-users and other vendors to resolve issues in a calm, professional manner. Project management experience and CTP certification strongly preferred. Shore-Tel and classic Inter-Tel certifications a plus. Scheduled overtime and on-call participation required. Vehicle, laptop, mobile telephone, shirts provided.
