Education: High School Education and NEC product certifications required. Skills/Experience Required: 4+ years experience installing and maintaining NEC PBX & Key Systems in networked (IP/CCIS) environments and extensive experience with CCWorx, Active Voice/NEC Voice Mail, T1/PRI/MPLS installation, etc. required. Must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and must function well in a team environment. Must have the capability to work directly with end-users and other vendors to resolve issues in a calm, professional manner. Project management experience and CTP certification strongly preferred.
