Job Description Baxter is offering finance summer internship positions at both the business and corporate level. During the internship the incumbents will have the opportunity to build skills and demonstrate results in one or several of the following areas: deal analysis, revenue cycle accounting and reporting, portfolio analysis, in-depth financial modeling, and process improvement of internal controls. The incumbent's work scope will provide the opportunity to interact with senior finance leaders, sales and business professionals as well as customers. Baxter's summer internship offers challenging and rewarding opportunities over a three-month period so tangible results are achieved.
Job Requirements Successful candidates must demonstrate the following:
•Completion of the first year of MBA program
•4+ years progressive business/finance experience
•Intellectual curiosity
•Leadership in challenging and ambiguous business situations
•Strong results orientation
•Excellent communication skills
•Candidates must possess the permanent legal right to work in the U.S.
