Corporate Finance. FP&A provides analysis and decision support to the corporate management team, investor relations, global business units, SEC reporting and key business and functional leaders. In addition, the team is responsible for leading key financial planning and forecasting processes. The analyst will be expected to produce timely and accurate financial information and provide sound analytical recommendations to the corporation’s Senior Director of FP&A, Vice President of FP&A, and CFO with regard to the above responsibilities, as well as to complete special projects, including support of M&A activity. This position will be located in Berwyn, PA. Requirement:
Responsibilities & Qualifications: Along with our core values of integrity, accountability, teamwork and innovation we are seeking candidates with the following qualities: * · MBA with minimum 5+ years relevant work experience; accounting or corporate finance area of responsibility preferred * · Advanced quantitative and financial modeling skills * · Ability to effectively communicate at the Sr. Executive level * · Demonstrated project management capabilities with an emphasis on strategic thinking, teamwork, and results-driven implementation * · Ability to work cross functionally in the organization (including tax, treasury, accounting, investor relations, operations, sales and marketing, and business development) to identify/solve problems and improve processes * · Track record of demonstrated leadership potential through academic, work, and/or community activities * · International background, experience or exposure preferred * · Proficiency in SAP, Hyperion and data warehouse tools preferred
