Customer Service Finance supports the business with planning, analysis and decision support to driver continuous improvement in financial performance
Your Responsibilities: Prepare and assist in the development of key Customer Service Operational reporting metrics to support a $1B division Define areas for improvement and provide recommendations to management on key financial or operational issues Support management decision making through operational modeling and effective communication Develop and prepare monthly/quarterly financial analysis packages for executive management drive process improvement initiatives work closely with Field Operations to analyze costs, improve efficiency and overall performance metrics.
Your Profile: strong communications and business partnering skills BA in financial discipline, 5-10 years of experience in financial analysis must be proficient in MS Access and Excel MBA and Project Management a plus
