* provides financial support to the business unit global management team including sales, operations, engineering, product management, MarComm and other functions. * responsible for facilitating the preparation of the global financial forecast and annual plan, analyzing month results, and preparing corporate submissions. * support ad hoc analysis for the executive management team. The analysis will include modeling of proposed business transactions and strategic alternatives, cash flow scenarios, profitability analysis, drivers of key performance measures, peer group comparisons, and other decision support activities. * work closely with various corporate functions such as Corp. FP&A, Strategy & Business Development, Investor Relations, and Treasury and the Business Unit Regional Controllers. * perform analysis and be responsible for creating executive level presentations to communication hypotheses, conclusions, and recommendations. Requirement:
* Analyze month and quarterly results * Facilitating the preparation of the global financial forecast and annual plan * Preparing corporate submissions * Perform advance problem solving including analytics, conclusion development, and summary communications * Provide valued added analysis to highlight issues or opportunities * Create and updating financial models * Support strategic analysis by modeling alternative business plans * Prepare presentations for executive management * Identify trend lines and run rates; challenge management constructively with compelling data to address issues early * Review key management reports to ensure data accuracy * Lead or support special projects
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, or Accounting and MBA * 3-5 years experience in a related discipline * Various financial modeling skills * Proficient in SAP, Hyperion and data warehouse tools preferred * Proficient in Microsoft, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and other MSOffice products
* Excellent presentation and logical writing * Strong problem solving skills including root cause analysis * Comfortable asking questions and challenging the status quo * Well developed analytical skills and proven ability to quickly draw relevant conclusions from large amounts of data * Strong verbal and written communication skills High standard of integrity and attention to details * Ability to assume increasing responsibilities in a changing environment * Ability to interact with all levels of management
