Come join the WW Marketing Finance Team as the Financial Analyst, WW Marketing Financial Reporting & Analysis.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Own and drive the consolidation of Worldwide Marketing Spending, Headcount and Capital Forecasts & Actual financial reporting for submission to WWFP&A and publication to Senior Management.
- Partnering with the worldwide & regional marketing finance teams to understand changes and their impact on the quarterly marketing forecast as well as analysis of actual vs forecast.
- Provide financial support for the Worldwide Corporate Communications & Canadian Marketing organizations within Marketing. Responsible for all functional spending forecasts, reporting, business planning, variance analysis and other adhoc analysis in support of these organizations. Perform operational financial reporting & analysis, including analysis of headcount & programs and use of project tracking.
-Ensure systems and procedures are in place to provide timely and accurate financial information.
- Support the Director of Marketing Finance with adhoc analysis and reporting as needed.
-Responsible for proper authorization and control of expenditures and the integrity of all financial transactions and information.

Education/Experience: The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance with 5 to 8 years experience.
