The successful candidate will: * Assume financial ownership of the site backflush pools. * Provide operations with ongoing backflush analysis to drive and positively impact performance and make financial commitments. * Provide weekly sales reporting and analysis. * Manage the Royalty payments, journal entries, audits and processes. * Handle the Warranty invoicing, journal entries, and processes. * Support ongoing external customer quoting/bids for the production business. * Become well versed in Oracle applications and a go to resource for system activities * Handle the Mexico cost analysis and performance tracking and reporting.
Required Education: BS degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent work experienceRequired Experience:*5 years minimum experience* Minimum 3 years related work experienceRequired Skills:* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proven problem solving abilities * Demonstrated ability to anticipate and drive resolution to issues * Strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary for working with diverse work teams and various functions/cultures * Working knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Oracle) * Advanced working knowledge of Excel, PowerpointPreferred Skills:* MBA or related advanced degree * FLDP graduate * Demonstrated ability to implement change and drive to successful completion * Advanced working knowledge of Oracle
