Fixed Income Product Manager
One of the leading software solutions provider for the financial market is looking for a Senor Fixed Income Product Manager. The company delivers asset management solutions from front to back office which address the specific requirements of mutual and institutional fund, alternative and hedge funds, fund admins, prime brokers and private wealth companies.
The Fixed Income Product Manager will lead the product strategy and development relative to fixed income and derivatives trading, processing and use within complex portfolio structures. The Product Manager will coordinate business requirements with development, support internal relationships, sales, client services. The role reports directly to the Global Head of Asset Management Product Management Strategy.
Total comp for this is between 165,000 – 190,000 with a combination of base and bonus. They also offer outstanding benefits including free Health benefits.
The responsibilities for the role are as follows:
Define and write product requirements for the trading and compliance solutions relative to fixed income and derivatives products
Support our electronic trading team around trading and post-trade support requirements
Work with and support our global sales teams with new opportunities
Support our global relationship management teams relative to client adoption and optimal use of our products relative to derivatives.
Support marketing campaigns, whitepapers, presentations and press as appropriate in conjunction with our global marketing team.
Act as proponent and visionary
Publish product notices and white papers as needed. (with Marketing)
Drive processes around our 3 year strategic plans across European managed products, taking into account Engineering initiatives, client requests, sales requests and industry initiatives.
Ensure the European Sales, Relationship Management and Services teams are accurately trained on industry initiatives and product strategy around the products sold and supported in North America.
Conduct market research to determine client needs and the capabilities of competing products
