Provides comprehensive technical support for the sorting equipment at Presort location · Remove and install company sorting equipment · Participate in equipment upgrades · Provide on-site technical support coverage as needed · Provide technical phone support as needed · Prepare and present technical training to lower level technicians · Complete special technical projects and other assignments as required · Prepare necessary technical documentation · Recommend appropriate preventative maintenance practices for site sorting equipment · Recommend appropriate spare parts/inventory levels for site sorting equipment · Evaluate sorting equipment condition and performance at Presort site · Must carry cell phone/pager and be accessible
