General Markets Associate Account Manager (AAM)
Job Descriptions:

The General Markets Associate Account Manager plays an important role in achieving both team and individual sales goals on an on-going basis. This role offers the opportunity for hands-on account management experience in a team support environment for highly motivated individuals.
The AAM will work with sales and marketing management to develop and execute a territory plan for the regions and verticals to which the AAM is assigned. The focus of this position is to effectively target and serve the installed client base by proactively generating and closing opportunities for transactional solutions, including: Learn, Friends Asking Friends, add-on modules for installed software, etc. In addition, the AAM will be responsible for some typical territory management tasks such as ATP generation, scoping coordination and sales demos.
This role reports to the Sr. Manager of Account Development.
Job Duties and Requirements Include:
* Quickly respond to new leads to qualify opportunities; develop transactional business and pass new office sales to appropriate Account Manager
Coordinate with SR ADR Manager and Account Managers the business development, positioning, and selling of:
Learn
Internet solutions: Sphere FAF, NetCommunity Spark
Additional modules
User license upgrades
Hosting
Papersave
Data services (consulting)
Custom Reports
* Autonomously handle all sales aspects of selling the above, from demo to scope and ATP documents
* Use the sales process to effectively manage pipeline and forecast
* Support sales team with any special projects or campaigns as designated by the SR ADR Manager
Required Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree
· 2+ years of sales and/or account management experience
· Outstanding and mature communication and interpersonal skills
· Highly competent in MS Office – specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint
· Team-oriented attitude and ambition to succeed
· Discipline to manage time effectively
