Job description We seek to hire a Human Resources Administrator, working 29 hours per week, to manage HR administration in Apple Germany and designated admin tasks for the Central EMEIA region. The role will be based in the Munich office but will be responsible for HR admin in Germany and specific areas of the region. Reporting to the DE HR Manager this role will build an efficient, accurate and proactive partnership with the regional HR team and provide excellence in administration support to the HR team. Key responsibilities of the role include:

Recruitment & Onboarding Process
.Arrange interviews and recruitment admin
.Produce employment contracts for successful candidates
.Liaise with line managers for new starter processes and checklists
.Prepare new starter information and pre-arrival details
.Update Merlin with new starter information
.Create personnel files for new starters
.Benefits registration
.Produce employee letters relating to their employment

Leaver Process
.Archive old personnel files
.Process leavers in all relevant systems and procedures
.Terminate leavers in accordance with Apple processes and policies
.Arrange exit interviews

General Administration
.Produce employee communications and documents
.Raise PRs / POs for the HR team
.Ensure that all relevant information is filed in employee files
.Organise long service awards
.Produce organisation charts
.Team assistant to the Central HR team
.Manage payroll administration & liaison with the shared service provider

Other Responsibilities
.Answer employee queries in a timely and effective manner
.Support key HR projects as determined by the DE HR Manager
.Audit administration details and processes
.Create standard templates to ease administration


The ideal candidate will have relevant HR and administration experience, some of which will ideally be in an international company. Other relevant experience will be considered. The following criteria are also preferred:
.Demonstrated experience of managing HR admin in Germany.
.Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment
.Ideally experience of working in a US parented organisation
