Here are some of the Key Responsibilities of this position:
- Organizes all editorial product pulls
- Works with design and creative team to organize press days: select product, dcor, invitation
- Assists in choosing product, preparing copy and laying out look book each season.
- Works with the brand's designers to fulfill press interview and press meeting requests.
- Corresponds with the Paris, Hong Kong, and Moscow press offices to ensure placements in foreign publications through events and press programs.
- Prepares and fact checks all credit information and public relations collateral for editors.
- Prepares press kits for global distribution
- Managing and tracking all invoice payments for PR department
- Oversees media library and provides images to editors for press purposes
- Responsible for reporting and presenting editorial, celebrity and event coverage through newsflashes, maintaining the intranet site, and maintaining power point presentation
- Works with the design team on special products
- Coordinates security for high value photo shoots
- Ensures all product returns from photo shoots by managing Business Objects
- Provides monthly content
- Coordinates photo shoots for special product
- Coordinates security for delivery to and from magazines/stylists
- Creates brag books to showcase editorial/celebrity placements for retail locations and events
- Facilitates brand purchases for all VIP's and editors
- Manages all brand charity donations
