Our sites in the UK
Cambridge
An engineering site, with XenClient and XenServer people. We do development and testing on kernel, hypervisor, networking, storage, and some GUI work. Languages are mainly C, Python and OCAML, with some C#.
Cambourne (near Cambridge)
An engineering site, with XenDesktop, XenApp, interoperability, automation security and cloud research people. We do research, development and testing on GUI, web technologies, security, distributed computing and virtualisation. Languages are mainly Java and C#.
Chalfont (near High Wycombe)
A mixed engineering, marketing and sales site, with XenDesktop, Citrix Receiver, GoToMeeting, GoToTraining, etc.. We do development and testing on interoperability, scaling, performance and GUI for Windows, Linux/UNIX and Mac platforms along with some work on various mobile platforms including iOS and Android. Languages are mainly C, Objective C and .NET.
Graduate Software Test Engineers
We are looking for bright and enthusiastic graduates in computer science or related fields to join our experienced team of skilled software engineers in developing and testing our existing and new products towards our vision of consumer driven access to Cloud based computing. Training will be provided and you will gain a broad base of experience through interaction with our extended team of testers, authors and user experience specialists. You will have experience in some of the following technologies, and the chance to work with a whole lot more:
. OS and Network skills
o TCP/IP
o Windows Internals & OS Concepts
o Virtualisation Technologies
. Validation and QA skills
o ISEB / ISTQB methodologies
o Measurement, architectural analysis and prototype development for performance and scalability improvements
o QA Automation skills, scripting (C#, Jscript, Powershell, perl, etc)
o Usability and Design
