Part Time - Guest Services, Game Day Staff North American Soccer League, NASL
Job Summary: The team is seeking highly motivated, passionate and reliable individual to assist with the game day operations and event management team at the Soccer Park. The Guest Services team is responsible for providing superior customer service and fulfilling all job requirements in a timely and effective manner.
Payment Structure: $8 per hour
Job Responsibilities: Sell tickets to fans on game day through the box office Become familiar with all ticket sales initiatives Up sell ticket packages and seating area's to customers Maintain accurate sales records Input all data into the etix ticketing software system Handle money Scan or tear tickets Handle gate logistics including entry and exit strategies Provide excellent customer service to all fans Help people find seats and handle general stadium inquiries Help in the game day operations, set up and tear down when needed Other duties as assigned
Qualifications: Experience in customer service, event staff experience or gate logistics Experience with ticketing software (etix or other) Superior attention to detail and customer service Reliable and punctual individual Cash handling or register experience Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays Knowledge and passion for soccer
