Healthcare Professional Services Project Manager
A Project Manager is needed to join a highly regarded Professional Services team at a fast growing healthcare software company based in Boston. The Project Manager needs to be a highly motivated individual who will provide accurate and efficient implementation leadership and application support for customers. Finally, the Project Manager will need to possess the skills necessary to support and facilitate a successful client implementation project. Primary Responsibilities: * Participate in the full life cycle of the project including working with the customer Project Manager and project team on high level business case analysis, solutions design, and detailed requirements definition through to implementation, testing and training* Record and update issues in the issue tracking database* Facilitate application training sessions at the customer site* Support application issues identified by our customers* Requirements documentation and analysis* Track issue resolution and correspond with customers and internal departments* Work with the internal team to assist with troubleshooting and follow-up activities* Work with Software Engineers to recreate and analyze system problemsRequirements: * 3-6 years of Professional Services experience* MBA is preferred* Background in Healthcare industry * High energy level, enthusiastic, and eager to do what is necessary to be successful * Excellent interpersonal, public presentation, written and communication skills * Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority* Computer literacy in Microsoft Office: Windows, Excel, Project, Word, PowerPoint * Flexibility to travel up to 50% (overnight) * Willing to work unpredictable hours and work against deadlines
