As a Technical Solutions Analyst, you will be the company's primary point of contact for all hardware and software issues.
Working a part-time schedule your responsibilities are: - Answer incoming calls and gather the appropriate information concerning the issue/concern, resolving issues whenever possible - Entering accurate customer information, problem descriptions and call details into the Help Desk System - Research issues and questions, utilizing available resources and documentation. Resources include, but are not limited to: on line documentation, 2nd level support and IT management - Maintain call center standards regarding productivity and quality including but not limited to: abandonment rate, percentage of time on phones, incident accuracy, and percentage of calls presented/taken
