The Technical Support Analyst is a part of a professional team of people providing a single point of contact for the efficient resolution of end-user technology problems and requests. The Technical Support Center supports internal and external customers to a premier fitness club franchise. As a member of this team, the Analyst will manage multiple priorities, generate innovative solutions to problems and develop skills required to support the efforts of the department. Responsibilities: -Provides comprehensive first-tier phone support for the efficient resolution of technology problems and requests for end-users -Accurately assesses and records problems in the incident management tool -Identifies potential system problems and escalate to department contact for resolution -Attends on-going training for new applications, products, configurations and processes -Organizes skills and information learned at training and presents to other support analysts -Works with customers in establishing the appropriate expectation and response time Qualifications: -Technology related degree or certificate OR comparable training with 1 year technical support -Experience in a technology support organization is preferred -Experience providing level one support over the phone -Experience with Building Access Control Systems, Building Security Monitoring Systems, & CCTV is a plus -Displays a solid knowledge of major desktop software applications and networking concepts -Displays excellent customer service skills and exhibits professional behavior with end-users and peers -Displays competence in prioritizing tasks, managing project responsibilities, consistently meeting deadlines and showing autonomy in completing tasks -Manages multiple and sometimes competing priorities to meet all deadlines -Demonstrate the ability to make decisions -Works independently on complex tasks with some technical and management guidance -Demonstrates analytical problem solving skills by balancing the use of trouble shooting tools with a practical application of experience and creativity Send Word or PDF versions of your application materials to: [click on "Apply Online" button] Location: Hastings, MN Compensation: Can Be Discussed During Interview - DOQ Principals only.
