This position will be responsible for delivering helpdesk solutions to an internal and external clientele, receiving incoming calls for hardware and software related issues. Full-Time REQUIREMENTS: High level of customer service skills. Proficiency with high tech software and ability to type. We are also willing to accept candidates with a lower technical proficiency - these will be examined on a per-case basis.
