Kelly IT Resources has a 6 month contract position for Help Desk Level 1 in Radnor, PA. The successful candidate will have experience providing first level contact (via phone and email) for internal clients. You will be expected to resolve user-reported problems using available tools and following established procedures and policies.
Essential to success:
basic querying (SQL) - very important
excellent communication skills - able to actively listen and draw out more information to solve reported problems
experience in financial services business environment a plus
understanding or work experince in/around CRM systems a plus
experience w/Captasia or Adobe Captivate a plus
