One of our clients is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to work in a health care enterprise environment that will be responsible for supporting Doctors, Nurses, Developers, IT Managers, and various end users to discover and resolve complex issues. The Technician will need to have prior experience upgrading systems from Windows 2000 to Windows XP, configuring, imaging, troubleshooting PC's. Also, the Technicians will need to have prior experience Active Directory. This is a 6 - 9 month project in Gulfport, MS.
