This is a 3 month to perm opportunity with one of our largest clients in Baltimore. They are looking for a Desktop Support Specialist. The position is an alternating night shift position-Schedule: Week 1 (Mon, Tues, Sat, Sun 7pm-7am) Week 2 (Wed, Thurs, Fri 7pm-7am) You will:- Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex desktop/hardware problems for end-users- Configure and install computer and phone equipment.- Test fixes to ensure problem has been adequately resolved.- Provide remote technical support for local and International employees.- Communicate effectively between Help Desk employees on other shifts.
