Help Desk Admin./Desktop Support Engineer. This Position is responsible for solving personal computer application and network related problems, supporting users technically, tracking and monitoring problems to ensure a timely resolution and assigning help requests to appropriate resources. The ideal candidate must have 3-5 years experience in a manufacturing setting and have a 4 year degree or equivalent help desk experience.
