NO SUB-VENDORS OR WORK MUST BE ON-SITE, NO TELECOMMUTINGMUST BE ABLE TO PASS SCREENING PROCESS: DRUG TEST, CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK Duration of assignment is 6 months Schedule: 8 am -4:30 PM (flexible)- Teach and mentor IT support staff and Lotus Notes users. - Support Lotus Notes users via support tickets routed to team in Remedy ticket system, email, and phone calls. - Plan and manage systems and client administration tasks including version upgrades, patches, and modifications to Lotus Notes client and Sametime client configurations. - Interfaces at a high level with ITA/P global Competency Center. - Participate in the development and documentation of best practices and standards within the department and work actively to promote and enforce them. - Provide overall subject matter expertise for Lotus Notes, Sametime, and other standard eCollaboration technologies for customers. - Provide special assistance to VIP personnel and support team with eCollaboration topics as needed. - Assist with prioritization and resolution of support work and requests. - Execute on service center activities defined by eCollaboration Manager. - Support and maintain eCollaboration Measurement PCs. - Support other collaboration technologies as needed such as SharePoint and Wiki.
