Our client in the West Chester area is looking for a Help Desk s person will be on a team of 4 supporting our client's customers and Sales team in regards to their Ecommerce website. This person will be hired to cover a shift from 11am-8pm. The team currently takes roughly 1200 calls/emails/tickets per month. This person should come from a larger environment. This candidate must have ecommerce/ebiz (ebusiness) experience. Those on this team receive emails in Lotus Notes from Cisco Email Manager. The support analyst reads the email, opens a ticket in Remedy and tries to resolve the problem. If resolution cannot be made, they would escalate the issue to another department. This person needs to have experience knowing how ecommerce works, profiles, web analytics. Requirements for the role:1) 2+ years of experience supporting a ecommerce website via phone calls and emails 2) 2+ years of experience working with a ticketing system (Remedy is preferred) in order to open and resolve tickets 3) 2+ years of experience working with Lotus Notes in order to receive and identify emails and issues users are facing with the site.
