Title: Help Desk Support Analyst Skills: 1-3 years help desk experience in an enterprise environment Date: 8-24-2010 Description: New Help Desk role in Charlotte! *Location * Charlotte, NC *1 year contract position *W2 candidates ONLY *Shift hours will fluctuate between a 7am * 11am start and a 4pm * 8pm end (Work days will be 8 hours) *Pay rate $20/hr An established PSG client is currently searching for a Help Desk specialist to join their team. Qualified candidates will have 1-3 years experiencing working on an Enterprise Help Desk supporting internal employees of a large organization. Any certifications such as an A+, MCP, or Net+ are desirable by the client. Responsibilities include fielding 50+ calls per day, resetting passwords, troubleshooting operating systems and email programs, troubleshooting peripherals (printers, PDA*s, laptops), and walking internal employees through basic troubleshooting issues.
