Help Desk Support Technician
Responsibilities:
-Provide technical assistance for internal and external users
-Assist remote users with software installations and troubleshooting
-Effectively escalate and follow up on support requests
-Monitor and respond to multiple requests rapidly.
Qualifications:
-In-depth knowledge of desktop browsers and at least 2 years of application and desktop systems support experience.
-Experience with EDI and JD Edwards highly preferred
-Experience within the manufacturing industry highly preferred
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong problem solving and analytical skills.
-Must work well in a team-based environment for 200+ end users.
-Experience with network and Internet protocols including TCP/IP, FTP, web services, and SMTP.
-A+ Certification and BS in Computer Systems, Information System Technology, or related field.
