We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Help Desk Technician in Tulsa, OK. This position is a contract opportunity working for the nation's largest independent behavioral health care and wellness company, specializing in management for all behavioral health issues, and mental health and chemical dependency diagnoses.
Responsibilities and prospects for professional growth for the Help Desk Technician include:
Supports, monitors, tests, and troubleshoots hardware and software issues pertaining to desktop computing devices including PCs, laptops, handhelds and printers. Supports both on-site and remote users. Provides support for both COTS and in-house developed applications. Ensures all inventory is tracked. Responds to and resolves support tickets within documented SLAs while also supporting national IT projects. Education and experience required for the Help Desk Technician: Excellent, proven customer service skills in a corporate environment are a must. Strong familiarity with Windows OS and Microsoft Office products required Knowledge of Office 2010 and financial applications a plus. A+ Certification preferred 2-5 years of experience in a tier II desktop support role.
