    The cash management sales analyst is responsible for supporting and conducting cash management sales effort for the Bank. This person must have knowledge of bank and cash management products and services. This person will assist with the preparation of proposals and documentation for these products and services.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Provide exceptional support to new and existing Bank clients and prioritize internal and external contacts with service requests, inquiries or technical issues related to specific Bank and cash management services.
    • Preparation of proposals including pricing, customer agreements and implementation of documents in accordance with Bank policies and procedures.
    • Handle customer problems through direct personal action or referral to the proper individual.
    • Act as liaison between Lending, Retail banking and Operations Departments to deliver timely and effective resolution of Cash Management client issues.
    • Follow up with Cash Management clients to aid in the collection of necessary information and documents for implementation of new services.
    • Prepare monthly activity reports.
    • Working knowledge of access and implementation of Business Online Banking, Positive Pay, ACH origination, Lockbox and RDC scanners.
    • Provides technical support.


    • 2-3 years of banking experience preferred.
    • Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
    • Ability and desire to interact in a team environment.
    • Ability to communicate with others, assimilate and understand information, in a manner consistent with essential job functions.
    • Needs to be proficient in all Microsoft applications.
    • Ability to work under pressure.
    • Ability to plan and organize.
    • Needs to be assertive and results oriented.


    • High school diploma or equivalent mandatory.
    • Some college courses and/or Associates degree a plus.
